PARTNERSHIPS: The Yacht Club has recently formed partnerships with two other organizations to improve safety and services within our community.

Our partnership with the Lake Havasu Marine Association endorses and supports efforts to improve boating safety by encouraging boaters on our lake to carry a "Designated Operator" whenever boating on the lake. The Yacht Club initially donated $1,000 in February of 2011 to help support the program goal of improving safety on Lake Havasu. We are also a participating partner with the Marine Association in efforts to keep our Lake shoreline clean through frequent trash collection outings. The Yacht Club cleans all public areas around the island perimeter.

Our partnership with "Cars-4-Causes" enhances the ability of our "Charities" organization to accept donations of cars, boats and other vehicles and items which will ultimately benefit local charities that support children, the underprivileged, the neglected and the abused.
